It has come to the attention of the BFCSA committee that there have been some abusive emails sent to certain councillors. This was also touched upon in a statement from Tony Kleanthous on barnetfc.com a couple of days ago.
I don't know to which coucillors these emails were allegedly sent - or their content. But I want to make it clear that the BFCSA committee utterly condemns such behaviour, should it be true.
We are encouraging you to write as many emails as you feel appropriate to as many people as you think necessary - see our email page for more information. BUT - keep them polite and to the point. We are better than that, and anyone abusing councillors - or anyone else for that matter - are helping no-one and brings the good name of Barnet FC into disrepute.
On that note, it has also been brought to our attention that any (perceived) misbehaviour at the council meeting on Tuesday night will result in the public gallery being cleared. No doubt we will be goaded by people who oppose the application, and if we give into such provocation they will have succeeded. So, no singing "It's nice to know you're here..." (as tempting as that may be!)
